EFESTO-2 Team attended the HiSST2024 in Busan – Korea

EFESTO-2 project team was present in large numbers at the HiSST-2024, an important scientific event in the field of hypersonic and re-entry held in Busan (Korea) from the 14th to 19th of April.

Four papers were accepted and presented by some of the project’s engineers that took this opportunity to share with the international community the achievements of the project obtained so far.

The project’s outcomes were shown in three different sessions of the conference, namely Thermal & Energy Management Systems, High Speed Mission & Vehicles, and Materials & Structures.

An overview of the whole envelope of the project as well as specific numerical and experimental results were given in a bunch of separated presentations.

The work presented has caught great attention from the audience, collecting a wide-spectrum and significant interest, confirming once again the undoubted value of the project and its objectives.
